Nice Place
I visited Diana residence with my 2 boys and parents in august. We had very pleasant stay. It was very clean and room where spacious. All the staff was always very helpful and always ready to help and give you comfort. The beach is less than 5 mins walk, the kids absolutely loved the fact they could run down the beach anytime they like. I will definitely visit Diana residence again soon. Thank you for everything.

Accomodation is superb,the service is superb.The best small hotel l have stayed in , anywhere in the world.l would recommend everything about this place,and will be coming back as soon as l can.
Good Choice
Loved our stay here - clean & well set out rooms, fabulous shower, king size beds & location to the beach. Perfect all round. Staff were marvellous - helpful & friendly. Odalar: Spacious & great balcony. Well equipped for what we wanted, clean & furniture was good quality. Wouldn't be suitable if you wanted to cook meals for a family as no oven but 2 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster & pots and pans.

antastic place, extremely friendly and clean. Omer and his brothers make sure they do everything in their power to ensure you have a stress free holiday. We have had numerous holidays at Diana and they make you feel so welcome it is like visiting family you don’t want to go anywhere else. They have a restaurant and bar onsite so if you do not want to venture out Zeke at the bar will ensure you have a great night and will make any drink you can imagine and many he has dreamed up The beach with numerous bars and restaurants are very close, within walking distance or local bus/taxis 2 minutes away if unable to walk. Stunning sunsets can be experienced from sitting in the restaurant on beach front If you have never visited Turkey before then this is the place to go The Turkish are extremely friendly and all will be very welcoming to their country
Outstanding
Me and my wife visited Diana's residence. We already knew the area as we stayed at Jiva beach hotel the year before. Loved the area but unfortunately Jiva didn't float our boat. So we decided on self catering accommodation. Saw Diana's and booked it straight away, not even realising it was only 300 yards away from Jiva. It might have been close but our experience was a million miles better. So relaxing and friendly. Our room, 201, was fully equipped, everything worked. The air con was brilliant, as you could adjust the temperature to your liking. Also the quietest I've ever experienced. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The wife enjoys cooking so we had some lovely breakfasts and lunches, but had to eat inside because of the forever hungry cats. All the staff could not do enough to make our stay pleasurable, without being in your face. Special thanks to Zeki, the bar man, watch out for his cocktails. He also organised a beautiful cake for my wife's birthday. All in all, if you want a place to chill out this is the place. You can still go into town for some acti
Amazing holiday
We had another amazing holiday at the Diana, we have been going to the Diana for 11 years . Omar and his staff work so hard and will do anything for you . The apartments are spotless they cleaned every three days with clean towels and bedding, We had lots of days by the pool which had lots of sun beds and parasols You can get the little bus into calis which works out at £1-50 for two there are lots of bars and tavernas there or you could walk it takes about ten minutes We had food brought to our balcony a couple of times which is very reasonable priced and we didn’t have a bad meal it was all delish or you can eat in the bar /restaurant area We have booked again for next year Thankyou from John and Linda x😎
Lovely little hotel
We had a great stay at this this hotel. Our room was pool facing with easy access to the pool. The beach was also just a short walk away. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants were also close by. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils, cutlery, plates and cups. There was also a dishwasher and washing machine in the room which was handy. There was also a mini supermarket on site for all the essentials. The room was cleaned every 3 days and the towels were also replaced every 3 days. The house keeping team did a great job and were polite and friendly. The reception team was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable and advised us on places to visit in Fethiye. We took the bus to the city centre, however you can also get taxi from the hotel. Overall we had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely return to this place.
Diana Residence – Lovely holiday !!!!
Enjoyed our stay at the Diana Residence. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite and will go out their way to make your holiday an enjoyable one. We stayed in one of just two 1 bedroom apartments which was equipped with everything we needed. Our towels were regularly changed and the maids kept the property clean at all times. The property has a small feel about out, which suited our style. We really enjoyed spending time around the pool. The other guests were friendly and we enjoyed swapping tips on where to visit and dine. The bar and food is staffed by 2 great guys and the food is good and reasonably priced. The location was great for us, a 3/5 min walk to the beach and the seafront for a swim, with the main shops and restaurants about 15/20 mins walk away which was fine for us, but the Dolmus stop is just 2 mins walk and will take you to Calis centre or Fethiye centre. It also takes you to the large supermarket near the hospital to top up on food and drink. All this for just 45p each way !!!!!. I would happily visit again and definitely recommend for families and couplies alike.
Great Holiday
Apartment was very big. We had a 3 bedroom apartment. Which had 2 bathrooms, and 3 balconies. Air conditioning was great, in all bedrooms and living room. Pool area was very clean. Despite other reviews, not once did anyone have problems getting sun beds. Some days there were multiple spare beds. All the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a mini market onsite that offers some basics that are required. We found the hotel bar and snack bar useful. The hotel is situated away from the main bars and restaurants. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the seafront ( where the restaurants are located) the only issue with this, is you have to walk along the edge of a fairly busy road, and there is no footpath. So it is dusty. So be mindful of what footwear you wear. However, when you get to the seafront there is a really good choice of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.
